We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us time to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in pain or need immediate care.
A fee may be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice.
